My 2017 New Year’s Resolution

For the past week I’ve been mentioning that I have an exciting New Year’s Resolution. Well, it’s finally time for me to explain what I’m up to.

This year my resolution is to start an art business.

Oh yeah, you read that right. I’m starting a 365 day project of working towards this goal! It’s going to take a lot of work, but by the end of the year I want to be able to say that I have a sustainable income from my art.

What does this mean for the blog?

Not much will change here. I hope to still create arts and crafts on here to help improve my skills and geek out at the same time. I might add some art product reviews as I work on expanding my field of work. Honestly, if anything, this’ll help improve the blog, because I hope to use the funds created by my shop to help improve the content I create.

I will be using my Instagram as a photographic journal of my progress as I work on my goal. So be prepared for a lot of cool photos there.
