2020 is over!!

And if you’re like me, one of the ways I’m surviving the chaos right now is being a bit of a workaholic. And if that’s the case, it means you have or you’re about to start working on planning for this year. I won’t go into many details here, but if you’re interested to see how I plan for the year, check out this post from a few years back: Bringing in The New Year: How I Make New Years Resolutions.
Not much has changed in my process for creating goals, though I’ve learned over the years through trials and tribulations, that I have high and low points throughout the year when it comes to my creative process. Which means this year, behind the scenes, I will be experimenting to figure a way to work with it in order to achieve the goals I want to complete this year.
So, without further ado:

MY ART GOALS FOR 2021:
- Consistent Content– Or, in other words, creating a new content schedule! For this year I plan to have a new video on YouTube every Saturday, and a Journal Entry here every other Wednesday. NOTE: $1+Patrons will have early access to any illustrations created for these before the official release.
- Experiment More– Each month I want to do at least one project that is not a digital illustration. I want to try to get out of my comfort zone to try new things!
- Fill A Sketchbook– Each day I want to take a moment to sit down and work on art studies, sketches, and just creating unfinished pieces.
And lastly, not a goal but more of a mindset, to remember to always leave room to adapt to whatever life throws my way.
How about you? What are your plans or big projects for this year?
