~A few weeks ago I worked on these Pokemon Starters and shared them on my social medias. Today I'm sharing a bit more of the story behind them.~ I tried hard to think of something witty to write as to why I drew the evolution trees of the first starters of Pokemon. The truth of… Continue reading Fanart Friday: 1st Gen Starters
Back in May the Pokemon Company released a fun new app about the "weakest" Pokemon from the 1st Generation. For those you don't know the series, Pokemon started as a role play game (RPG) where you train elemental animals to battle against other trainers in an alternate universe in order to become the best trainer… Continue reading Fanart Friday-Magikarp Jump
I was hanging out with my friends a couple of weeks ago and we started talking about streaming. Mostly we were talking about how to get into it, but we were also daydreaming about what we'd stream if we could. Later the next day I couldn't get it out of my mind. So I went… Continue reading I’m Streaming Now?!
I promised a post of this in last month's round-up, and here it is! Something I've been trying to work on is my video editing skills, so I made quick video compilation of what all I drew that you can check out below! A friend of mine is a full-time photographer, artist, and college student; so she knows what is going down in our College's art department. Turns out that this week there will be a Spring Fair hosted by them. She was kind enough to offer me a spot on her table to sell some of my art at the fair.… Continue reading Arts & Crafts Fair
A few weeks ago I finally finished my Pokeball Cork boards. After staring at them a bit, I decided they needed to have some Pokemon Themed Thumbtacks to go along with them. I have a collection of bottle caps that I have been wanting to do some crafts with. After thinking about it a bit more, and surfing Pinterest in my spare time, I had some inspiration to create Minimalist Pokemon Thumbtacks.
To be honest, I did not think that I would have an additional post for the DIY Pokeball Cork Boards I created at the beginning of this blog. I realized after making my cork boards that they would be really thin and the thumbtacks could go straight into the wall if I hung them up… Continue reading Updating the DIY Pokeball Cork board
One of the games that I played as a kid was Sapphire. I fell in love with the legendary pokemon in this game. The fact that they were the reason in Hoenn's folklore on how their island got created was intriguing to me. I loved that depending on which gamed you played on depended on… Continue reading Ruby and Sapphire: Pokemon
With ORAS (Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire) coming out later this week, I am excited that I decided to create a Pokeball Cork board how-to craft first for this blog.
